Whats for Dinner: Crescent Pizza Pockets
One of my goals for the year is to involve the kids more when I cook. I have learned that if they help, they know what they are eating and are more likely to try new foods. So as I browsed the net to find something easy fix and something that is kid friendly. I came across a recipie for Cresent Pizza Pockets by Pilsbury. I didn’t follow the recipie exactly, but I stayed pretty close to it. Here is what I used: INGREDIENTS 1can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls 1tbl sp pizza sauce (per pocket) shredded mozzarella cheese Shredded sharp chedder cheese sliced pepperoni I took the cresent rolls one at a time and rolled them in a ball. I took one ball put a little flower on the counter and my little rolling pin and rolled it in a circle shape. I placed the ingredients in the middle of the dough.
