I have a book that has jumped to the top of my to read list. I have been anxisouly awainting a new paranormal romance from this author and finally Born Sinner is on it's way. S. L. Jennings  the arthur of the "Dark Light" series has a teasing way with words. She sucks you into the story and leaves you wanting more and more. To draw you in a have a little teaser. Buttery Chicken Pot Pie

This is a simple delicious recipe that has little to no prep time, and only take about 30minutes to cook. This recipe is so simple my daughter is able to prepare it all by herself.  INGREDIENT: Rotisserie Chicken Bag of frozen Veggies 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can of flakey Grand Biscuits Country Crock Butter (it makes everything better) Preparation: Melt 3 tbs of country crock in a clear glass baking dish Pull the chicken off the bone and shred it. Combine chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste Spread mixture in glass baking dish Open biscuits and place them one at a time over the mixture Spread more country crock on top, and Bake until biscuits are a golden brown. *optional: spread more country crock on top for an even more buttery taste!
